Hurricane Michael: A Community Grows Stronger

Panama City Publishing Company Museum 1134 Beck Avenue, Panama City, FL

Hurricane Michael produced extensive damage to Panama City, Florida on October 10th, 2018 and dramatically changed the natural and built environment, and the people. These 14 panels explore the devastation and recovery, based on the stories of local residents, business owners, and non-profit organizations. Guests will view the exhibit, hear Dr. Wenzel discuss cultural changes after significant events like Hurricane Michael, and then participate in an open discussion. The panel
