Florida Talks: At Home! Virtual Event

Dr. Cheryl Howard will take the audience through periods of history illustrating how the simple insertion of historical facts makes the study of history more complete. The inserted events, contributions, and/or persons may relate to Americans of African Descent so, therefore, have been taught separately as part of “Black History” or more tragically, has never been taught as part of history at all.

Dr. Cheryl Howard is the Chief Operating Officer at the African American Heritage Society, Inc. (“AAHS” and/or “the Society”), which is an Arts and Cultural, Diversity Consulting and Cultural Tourism organization in Pensacola, Florida. Cheryl is also a co-founder of the Society which was organized and incorporated on September 12, 1990, twenty-nine years ago.
