Avni Vyas & Selah Saterstrom Book Launch

Join Burrow Press to celebrate the release of Avni Vyas’ poetry collection “Little God” and Selah Saterstrom’s longform essay “Rancher” with a reading, conversation, and Q&A. Her poetry and nonfiction can be found in journals such as Grist, Meridian, Thee Pinch, Juked, Crab Orchard Review, Arts and Letters, Rigorous Magazine, and others. She is the Essays editor at Honey Literary, and poetry editor at The Offending Adam. She teaches in the Writing Program at New College of Florida. Selah Saterstrom is the author of the novels Slab, The Meat and Spirit Plan, and The Pink Institution (all published by Coffee House Press) as well as the award-winning book of essays, Ideal Suggestions: Essays in Divinatory Poetics (published by Essay Press). She is the Director of Creative Writing at the University of Denver and she co-directs Four Queens, a platform for creative and divinatory arts. She lives in Denver with wife, writer and book designer Hannah Rae Hegnauer, and their daughter. This program is free to attend, but registration is required. Funding for this program is provided in part through a Florida Humanities Community Project Grant in partnership with Burrow Press at Stetson University.
