Program Description:

Dr. Marcus DuBois King of George Washington University will be joined by Prof. Elizabeth Andrews of William and Mary Law School to address sea level rise and impacts for coastal communities and states. This is part of a program providing perspectives that can influence decisions for St. Augustine and Florida.
