Coffee & Conversations: Will’s Pub and the Orlando’s Underground
November 13, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

The Orange County Regional History Center is hosting a curator talk with Jeremy Hileman, History Center assistant curator, and Orlando music scene veteran Will Walker for a very special tour of the latest exhibition, Figurehead: Music & Mayhem in Orlando’s Underground. Figurehead tells the story of how the musical promotion company helped grow the local scene with a focus on underground rock music and the club circuit. Jeremy and Walker will discuss Walker’s experience as the owner and namesake of Will’s Pub to delve into the role of independent concert venues in the Orlando music scene from 1995 to present day. Admission is free, but registration is required.
The exhibition and related programming are funded in part through a Florida Humanities Community Project Grant in partnership with the Orange County Regional History Center.
