English for Families

English for Families Spring 2023 Featured Image

English for Families is a ten-week series of interactive for parents and children (ages 6-12) that focuses on developing English vocabulary and literacy skills through strategic and fun story reading. Each class will also provide a light meal and refreshments. Participants must commit to attending most of the sessions. Registration is required. Please only register one parent to reserve your family’s spot.

This program is a partnership between the Florida Humanities and the New Port Richey Public Library. Funding for this program was provided by Florida Humanities and sponsored in part by the State of Florida, Department of State, Division of Arts and Culture, and the Florida Council on Arts and Culture.
