Program Description:

University of Florida Professor Steven Noll will share the history of how the state of Florida has been shaped by significant moments in sports. Dr. Noll is a master lecturer in the history department at the University of Florida. His areas of interest include disability history and Florida history. He works closely with the Florida Humanities Council, giving talks around the state. In 2013, The Princeton Review named him one of the 300 best professors in the U.S.
