International Women’s Day Breakfast

March 9 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Museum of Science and History Jacksonville presents a celebration of International Women’s Day featuring a catered breakfast from women-owned 1928 Cuban Bistro, a keynote from Jacksonville’s first female mayor Donna Deegan, and a discussion panel and Q&A with local women leading in STEM career fields. Local women-owned businesses will be tabling throughout the first floor exhibit spaces and guests may enjoy a guided tour of MOSH’s new traveling exhibit Ice Dinosaurs from Imagine Exhibitions, which officially opens to the public on March 9th. Tickets are required and include breakfast and general admission to the museum for the entire day.

Participating panelists include: Sheifalaka Bhatnagar, News Anchor, WOKV Radio Shawna Yazzie, CEO, The NDN Companies Catrina Joseph, Speech Language Pathologist, Brooks Rehabilitation Center Kirsten Hines, Environmentalist and Author Laurie Reeves, Retired Pilot
