One Nation Under God: Religion’s Impact on the U.S.: The Role of the Church in a Diverse Society with Joel Searby

The Jewish Council of North Central Florida is hosting a lecture with Joel Searby as part of their lecture series “One Nation Under God: Religion’s Impact on the United States.” This lecture examines the breadth of religious organizations in the contemporary United States and how churches and other religious organizations contribute to society through a broad range of civic activities
Joel Searby is a national political strategist known for his work to advance a “third way” in American politics. He currently serves as the managing director for communities and building at the new Forward party.
Funding for this lecture series is provided in part through a Florida Humanities Community Project Grant with funds from the National Endowment for the Humanities and in partnership with The Jewish Council of North Central Florida.
