Program Description:

Rodney Kite-Powell, director of Touchton Map Library associated with the Tampa Bay History Center, will discuss the Florida Land Boom of the 1920s. He is a published author of three books about regional history. Refreshments will be served. Shaping Sarasota: Four Memorable Women features the Four Memorable Women – Nettie Keener Keith, Mable Ringling, Bertha Palmer and Marie Selby. The exhibition includes displays and lectures.
