Black women have long participated in the political system. From state issues to the national stage, Black women have sustained a long tradition of advocating for their communities. Join the Lincolnville Museum & Cultural Center and Dr. Sharon Austin for a virtual presentation on some of these remarkable women and their impacts on their communities, state and nation. This event is funded by the Florida Humanities Florida Talks program, in partnership with the Friends of Lincolnville, Inc.
