St. Pete Reads! Lit Fest

Join Cultured Books Literacy Foundation for the second annual St. Pete Reads! Lit Fest presented in collaboration with the St. Petersburg Library System. LitFest is a family-friendly event designed to celebrate literature and creativity with a focus on children’s literature. The festival provides opportunities for youth and teens alike to engage with thought-provoking authors and activities in a vibrant atmosphere. Headlining authors include Natalie Daise, Anastasia Magloire Williams, Ana Siqueria, Roberto German, Jasmine Paul, and Miesha Brundidge. In addition to author presentations, families can participate in interactive literacy activities designed to encourage ongoing engagement with literary resources.

This event is free and open to the public. Parking is available at the St. Petersburg College’s Douglas L. Jamerson Jr. Midtown Center and the Cecil B. Keene Sr. Student Achievement Center.

Funding is provided in part through a Florida Humanities Book Festival Grant with funds from the National Endowment for the Humanities and in partnership with the Cultured Books Literacy Foundation.
