Program Description:

Enjoy folk songs and stories of the songwriters and performers heard at festivals, folk clubs, campfires and living rooms in North Florida, including live music and video clips. Use one of the guitars and ukuleles on site, or bring your own guitar, ukulele, banjo, harmonica, or whatever suits your fancy. You will sing songs you know, and learn some new ones too! This workshop is based on the book, “North Florida Folk Music – History and Tradition” by Ron Johnson, former President of the North Florida Folk Network.
