Program Description:

This is the finals of the Theodore Gibson Oratorical Competition. Winners of the elementary, middle and high school regional competitions will perform their poems. These are the best of Miami Dade County Public Schools. This event bears the name of Father Theodore R. Gibson. Reverend Gibson was at the forefront Miami’s Civil Rights Movement.
