Water Wednesday Student Virtual Series: Big Water, Big Benefit: Keeping Lake Okeechobee Healthy
February 23, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 10:30 am

Join the scientist in every Florida school program and the School District as we explore water! In this session, hear about the history of water quality and restoration efforts involving Lake Okeechobee and the Everglades. Why should we care and how does it affect us?
Water/Ways is part of Museum on Main Street, a collaboration between the Smithsonian Institution and Florida Humanities. Support for the exhibition and programming was provided through a grant from Florida Humanities with funds from the National Endowment for the Humanities.
