We will screen the documentary, “Ocoee: Legacy of the Election Day Massacre” and then hold a community conversation. The conversation will include panelists as well as serial testimony from the community members.

Dr. Peggy Macdonald, environmental historian and executive director of the Matheson History Museum, will be discussing the life and contributions of environmental activitist, Marjorie Harris Carr who led notable efforts to protect rivers, sensitive habitats and wildlife.
