EXHIBITION: Magic, Mirth, and Mortality: Musings on Black Motherhood
Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center 102 M L King Ave, Saint Augustine, FLThe Crisp-Ellert Art Museum: Flagler College, Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Center (LMCC), St. Augustine Historical Society (SAHS) are presenting a multi-institutional exhibition and panel series entitled "Magic, Mirth, And Mortality: Musings on Black Motherhood." The exhibition is centered on the lived experiences of writer and curator Shawana Brooks during her pregnancy and the premature birth of her son Roosevelt.
