2023 Bartram Trail Symposium: Kathryn Braund and “The Attention of a Traveler”

The Bartram Trail Symposium features Bartram scholars, experts, naturalists, and the art of Bartram's St. Johns River illustrations. Kathryn Braund's The Attention of a Traveler discusses her book that assesses Bartram's influence and evolving place in North American natural history, opening new avenues of research concerning the flora, fauna, and people connected to Bartram and his writings.
