Florida Humanities Speakers Bureau is a collection of the Sunshine State’s brightest scholars, experts, authors, and storytellers who offer engaging and compelling presentations on a variety of humanities-focused topics.
All speakers are available to book both virtually and in-person through our Florida Talks program. Florida Talks offers nonprofit organizations across the state an accessible and flexible way to host engaging speakers from our directory who present Florida’s history, heritage, and culture through historical and contemporary lenses. Florida Humanities shares each Florida Talks event on our digital events calendar and provides Florida Talks host organizations with templated marketing and evaluation materials to help make each program a success. Speakers are also available to support Community Project Grants and Greater Good: Humanities in Academia Grants.
