Cha-Chi’s Village and the Saltwater Underground Railroad

Loxahatchee River Battlefield Park 9060 W Indiantown Rd., Jupiter, Florida

The Florida Black History Research Project presents Magdalena Lamarre's Cha-Chi's Village and the Saltwater Underground Railroad. Florida was a place where generations would thrive in allied Native and Maroon communities on an Underground Railroad escape route southward.
