African Influences in the Caribbean
Valencia College East Campus 701 N Econlockhatchee Trail, Orlando, FLEscuela de Bomba y Plena Tata Cepeda and Valencia College are partnering together to provide a series of panel discussions called "African Influence in the Caribbean." During this first panel discussion, the panel of experts will be discussing the Transatlantic Trade; Africanism, Creolization, and Ethnogenesis; African ethnicities across the Caribbean; and African influence in music across the Caribbean.
