ENTRELIBROS
October 14 @ 12:00 am - October 18 @ 12:00 am
Imago por las Artes is presenting the fourth edition of ENTRELIBROS, South Florida’s only free Spanish-language children’s book festival, at the Coral Gables Museum from October 14-18, 2026.
Children, families, educators, and book lovers are invited to explore “Stories of the City,” a theme that examines how children’s literature shapes our understanding of place, community, identity, and belonging. Through books, art, and dialogue, ENTRELIBROS demonstrates how stories help us interpret the world around us, preserve cultural heritage, and connect across generations and cultures.
Attendees will experience a curated Spanish-language book fair; a month-long exhibition of children’s book illustration titled “Cuentos de Ciudad”; conversations with acclaimed international authors and local literature specialists; storytelling performances; hands-on creative workshops; family activities; and school programs. Educators and librarians will also have the opportunity to participate in “ENTRELÍNEAS,” a professional humanities forum focused on children’s literature and literacy.
Admission to all festival activities is free and open to the public. Paid parking is available at nearby municipal parking facilities.
Most programs will be presented in Spanish, with selected bilingual activities. American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be provided for selected programs. For more information including the latest schedule of activities and registration information, visit www.entrelibros.org.
