Join award-winning poet Sidney Wade for an engaging community poetry writing workshop and book signing event as part of the 4th Annual “BARD & Broadside: North Central Florida Poetry Festival,” presented by ARTSPEAKSgnv, Inc.

In the poetry workshop, participants will explore that poetry is everything and everywhere. Whether you view poetry as a personal voice or a shared community experience, this workshop invites you to play with words and create something linguistically beautiful and new. The workshop will be followed by a poetry reading and book signing opportunity.

Sidney Wade is the author of eight volumes of poetry and Professor Emerita of the University of Florida, where she taught poetry writing and translation for 21 years.

The event is free and open to the public.
